Hi anda anda anda semua..

Jom buat scrub murah dari TOMATO.. yea.. buah tomato yang kita makan buat ulam atau masak tomyam atau masak sayur campur dan seangkatannya..buat salad dan segala bagai.. 1001 kegunaan :)

Hahah ingat lagi semasa D kecil, D pangil tomato dengan nama mato mato :) hehehe itu diceritakan oleh adik-beradik D.. kepelatan terserlah... under age..

Walau pun D dah ada Galvanic Spa II tapi D still amalkan tomato scrub ini.. murah.. tak abis guna boleh buat makan terus..2 in 1 :)

Tomato yang kaya denga zat besi berasal dari keluarga Solanaceae. Mengandungi serat dan vitamin A & C. ia menjadi salah satu keperluan badan untuk mengekalkan kecerdasan badan. Selain itu ia juga mengandungi fruktosa, glukosa, asid folik, potasium, kalsium dan garam mineral yang baik untuk badan kita.

Cara follow Michelle buat.. kalau tak mau guna gula.. raw tomato alone also boleh guna..D selalu biarkan 10-20 minit.. sengaja bagi kering.. selain itu D suka basuh muka dengan air basuhan beras.. dan biarkan kering... ala-ala toner gitu :).. balance air basuhan boleh simpan dalam fridge for next day guna.. nak cantik... wahh..

G3 apa yang D rasa???

Assalamualaikum..

Ya Allah hari semakin bertambah.. ikut Kalendar Islam dah bulan safar (bulan 2) ikut kalendar masihi bulan 12 (hujung tahun).. sekejap masa berlalu..

Rasanya baru lepas membaca doa akhir tahun dan awal tahun hijrah dan sekarang dah 2 bulan rupanya..

Ok bersesuaian dengan peredaran masa dan waktu..(masa n waktu sama maksudkan?) :)

biasalah kita orang melayu menulis memang penuh jiwa raga :)

Okay tujuan D menulis hari ini adalah kerana D nak share perasaan dan kesan dari D minum G3... :D..

Sangat-sangat sedap.. minum juice mestilah sedap.. 

Yang pasti semua peringkat umur boleh minum.. dari baby 9 bulan - 99 tahun.. best kan!!!

1. bangun tidur - bertenaga.. macam dah rehat lama walhal tidur kul 1 lebih dan tidur kurang 8 jam..xde malas sahaja nak bangun :)

2. tidur tak terganggu Alhamdulillah, but again ini kuasa Allah. kita merancang dan usaha tapi Allah yang tentukan.

3. kulit kering dah berkurang.. tak payah nak losyen sangat ler.. hehehe.. tapi anda anda anda mesti minum byk air yea.. 

4. bekas jerawat makin clear.. wah ekkk dia kawal jerawat ler ek.. itu warna hitam2 bekas dia makin clear.. tak payah nak pakai concealer bagai.. Alhamdulillah.

5. yang paling BEST.. sy tak perlukan lain2 suplement dah.. evening prime rose ke, multivitamin ke.. vit c ke.. kerana G3 dtg in package.. Alhamdulillah :)

6. muka awet muda nampak tak suram... hahahahaha Alhamdulillah

7. Anti oksida yg sangat BAGUS :)

8. ni baru seminggu minum... yang pasti kecantikan kita datang dari Allah... kita maintain sahaja. 

9. Kurang stress hahaha akhir tahun mana ada stress keje.. tapi mcm betul le... xde stress.. layan jek semua.. again kuasa Allah.. 

Disebabkan baru seminggu mungkin D tak rasa yang lain.. bg D masa lagi yea.. :)

Kecantikan bukan pada rupa tapi ia datang dari jiwa, hati, perbuatan & percakapan...:)

okay,,,, again Galvanic spa II..

Sebagai pengguna Galvanic spa.. sy dengan sendirinya mengalami KEISTIMEWAAN dr GS.. Yes guys/ladies.. i experienced it myself.. Ya Allah sangta puas hati I tell you!!!

Ya Allah D tak tipu.

Muka memang ada shape dah.. 1x buat, 3 kali and 4 kali buat dan seterusnya. Alhamdulillah. treatment yang D lakukan membantu ialah pori2 pun dah mengecil.. dulu ada nampak anda anda anda semua.. Sekarang Alhamdulillah dah berkurang makin mengecil. ditambah D minum G3 lagi.. memang Alhamdulillah. Ok D memang sangat-sangat tak percaya product yang mahal-mahal. takut mukaku yang berharga ini menjadi buruk dan makin teruk.. Ya Allah sangat puas hati.

Kalau dulu ambil package dari spa nak buat facial treatment ada dalam ribu ringgit dan bayar installment pun ada 0% tapi kini itu tak perlu lagi.. ya Allah sangat berbaloi you all semua.. kerana D dah dapat jimatkan duit.. bukan duit treatment sahaja tapi.... DUIT MINYAK.. TOLL... PARKING.. N pastinya MASA.. sangat-sangat BERBALOI.. I tell you.. :D i senyum besar.

so tak ada istilah tak ada masa... D boleh buat treatment sebelum ke office, ya Allah betapa sangat meyakinkannye Galvanic Spa ini..

Alhamdulillah selepas rawatan ke 3 :D tak ada lagi.. dah smooth muka... tak payah nak letak foundation yea.. sememangnya D tak selalu guna kecuali ada function or event penting sahaja.. selalu lepas toner pakai mousturiser sahaja.. taka da bedak bagai.. memang amalkan muka fresh.. tapi mata memang D pandai nak conteng2.. hahahaha..

Muka segar i tell you.. ringan.. smooth and suka nak sentuh... hahahahahaah.. macam sentuh pipi baby... yang BEST.. muka shape sudah.. firm up... line berkurang.... blackhead or white head hilang.. ya Allah satu package la dengan kos yang sangat BERBALOI.. sapa nak bagi tu betul tak????

Why are lipocarotenes™ important?

A Lipocarotene™ is a matrix of carotenoids and fatty acids that enables efficient absorption and transport of these important nutrients. Gâc contains high levels of fatty acids which creates a lipocarotene™ structure to deliver highly-bioavailable carotenoids.

Compared to beta-carotene found in dark-green vegetables, beta-carotene from Gâc fruit appears to be more easily absorbed, presumably because of a more efficient release of the bound molecule from the matrixes of Gâc and the presence of long-chain fatty acids in the seed membrane and pulp.
